Wikipedia says: Julian Vannerson (1827–?) In 1857, was a daguerrean portrait artist and principal operator for the James Earle McClees gallery in Washington, D.C., at 308 Pennsylvania Avenue. In 1859 Vannerson’s autographed prints were published in McClees’ gallery of photographic portraits of the senators, representatives & delegates of the thirty-fifth Congress.
