Abdill, Civil War Railroads, p190-191 says: …No. 15 of the CC&CRR, a 4-4-0 named the NASHVILLE. She was built by the Cuyahoga Steam Furnace Company of Cleveland in 1852… Note the very unusual application of her whistle to the top of her bell bracket; the bracket was evidently hollow and connected to the boiler by a port in the base of the bell mounting.
