Library of Congress says: Mountain howitzers of the 5th Ohio Cavalry Regiment, Squadron G. [Photograph shows a pair of mountain howitzers (artillery weapons), nicknamed “Lady Heath” for Mary Elizabeth Bagley Heath, the wife of the unit’s Colonel Thomas Tinsley Heath and “Lady Pummill” for Julia A. Betty Pummill, the wife of Lt. Colonel John Pummill. Sometimes misspelled as “Bumill.” The howitzers were used at the Battle of Buckhead Creek, Georgia, during Sherman’s March to the Sea, and at other times. (Source: P.
