Background includes a white one level building with the word RESTAURANT printed on a sign and a three story brick building with horses and riders in the dirt street. Two more structures stand behind brick building, one has an unreadable sign and there is a horse drawn wagon leaving city. Title on mount: Culpepper, Va.
