Williss, Historical Base Maps. Appomattox Manor – City Point says: Located on a railroad spur just west of the bakery were two warehouses probably used for storing supplies for the bakery. Both buildings were frame structures built in 1864-1865. The largest was 100 feet long by 50 feet wide. The smaller one was seventy-five by thirty-six feet. The larger structure was valued at $2,800, the smaller one at $1,875.
